i would like some help pls i did something stupid :P

i have instaled a programe and like an idiot i have deleted the program from programe files direct delete not like uninstal and all that stuff and now i want to reinstal that program but i cant caus i have the error that says that program had found an older version of the program and need to uninstal and click ok but the as i have deleted the folder from program files another error pop’s up and says something like cannot uninstal because uninstal.log dose not exist so what can i do
