My friend asked for help on his monitor, he is running Windows XP on his computer. The monitor is open with a white screen with the word "aging" in red that appears in the middle of the screen. I have tried unplugging the monitor cable from the PC, I have tried rebooting the PC, also using a bootable CD and DVD, but the screen remains the same. I have never seen anything like this before. has anyone any suggestions what I can try?
