Problem with PHP Extension

I had-and deleted a Broderbund print program. Since then a lot of files show they can only be opened by Broderbund Quick Prints Type only. Finally figured out to go to: My Computer-Tools-Folder Options-File Types- then scroll to PHP which says "Files with ‘PHP" are of Broderbund Quick Prints Type. To change settings for all "Broderbund Quick Prints Type" please click advanced.
There is an option to delete if I highlight the PHP line on File Types. Clicking the "advanced" button opens-Edit File Type. Broderbund Quick Prints Type is on 1st line with option to change icon only. Larger "Action" box underneath has only 1 line: open.

This is where I’m confused. If I just click delete on File Types, will I be able to open PHP files? Or am I supposed to do something on "Edit File Type"? I want to be able to open my PHP files again. Sorry if this is a simple solution. Just cant figure it out.
