Microsoft will likely announce that Windows 7 has reached "release to manufacturing," or RTM, status on Wednesday, sources said. The company would neither confirm or deny that Windows 7 will RTM Wednesday; a spokeswoman on Tuesday simply repeated the company's earlier pledge that it would move the new operating system into its final pre-sale phase sometime "in the second half of July." ...
