Tower won’t boot

I tried to update my ethernet drivers today and now my tower won’t boot. I have done a system restore from safe mode and now safe mode won’t even start. I have been having trouble with the ethernet driver for a while but this is the worst it has gotten.

I am getting 0×0000007E error when windows tries to boot regularly. If I try safe mode it doesn’t even give me a BSOD.

Trying another system restore will post back if it works.

Tried using sfc /scannow from recovery console and it said that it was unable to run at this time.

Help!!! :cry2:

Edit: The ethernet drivers were from the mobo’s manufacturer and for the correct version.
